§ 70.

Review date. The Governor's Office of Management and Budget shall review this Act at least once every 5 years after December 26, 2014 in conjunction with the federal review of the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards as required by 2 CFR 200.109 in order to determine whether any existing rules need to be revised or new rules adopted.
