§ 6012.
Acknowledgments. No acknowledgment of a deed, mortgage, or other instrument shall be invalid because the acknowledgment was taken before an officer authorized by the laws of this State to acknowledge conveyances who is also a member, director, employee, or officer of a savings bank that is a party to the deed, mortgage, or other instrument.
