§ 5.456.

The LEADS Maintenance Fund. (Source: P.A. 90-130, eff. 1-1-98; 90-655, eff. 7-30-98.) (Text of Section after amendment by P.A. 104-131) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 5.456. The LEADS Maintenance Fund. This Fund is dissolved upon the transfer of the remaining balance from the LEADS Maintenance Fund to the State Police Law Enforcement Administration Fund as provided under subsection (a-5) of Section 6z-106 of the State Finance Act.
