§ 5-2a.

Medicaid State Plan; eligibility determination status. The Department shall conduct an analysis and deliver a report to the General Assembly by January 1, 2012 to evaluate the feasibility of changing Illinois' Medicaid State Plan from 209(b) status to the federal 1634 eligibility determination status for applicable individuals as provided in the Social Security Act. The report shall include a review of the current standard used by the Department, anticipated fiscal implications of converting to 1634 status, anticipated changes in caseloads resulting from a change to 1634 status, and any additional information deemed relevant by the Department to evaluate the feasibility of converting to 1634 status.
