§ 4-410.
Demonstration project. The Department shall implement a demonstration project, under which 20 of the contracts arising out of the Department's 5-year project program for fiscal years 2000 through 2004 shall have a performance-based warranty of at least 5 years, and 10 of those contracts shall be designed for a 30-year life cycle.
