PARCEL TWO: THE SOUTH HALF OF THE NORTHWEST FRACTIONAL QUARTER OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH, RANGE 8 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN THE TOWNSHIP OF GENEVA, KANE COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
