Quick-take; Village of Bolingbrook. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 12 months after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 92nd General Assembly by the Village of Bolingbrook for the acquisition of the following described property for the purpose of roadway extension: PARCEL 1: That part of parcel 02-30-200-002 located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 37 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian lying westerly of Weber Road in Will County, Illinois, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence S 1 deg. 19 min. 22 sec. W along said centerline of the extension of Remington Boulevard a distance of 50.00 feet to the intersection of said centerline of Remington Boulevard and the west line of Weber Road at the point of beginning of this description; 1.) thence N 1 deg. 19 min. 22 sec.
