§ 25.
Compelling testimony. Any circuit court, upon the application of the accused person or of the Department, may, by order duly entered, require the attendance of witnesses and the production of relevant books and papers before the Department relative to the application for or refusal to issue, restore, renew, suspend, or revoke a license or discipline a licensee, and the court may compel obedience to its order by proceedings for contempt.
