§ 20.
Tip line. (a) Not later than 120 days after January 1, 2010 (the effective date of Public Act 95-1053), the Department shall establish, publicize, and maintain a toll-free telephone number to receive information related to the sale and delivery of contraband cigarettes or electronic cigarettes. (b) The Attorney General may pay a reward of up to $5,000 to any person who furnishes information leading to the Department's collection of excise taxes imposed upon delivery sales which otherwise would not have been collected but for the information provided by the person.
