§ 2.
Notice of such meeting shall be given by publication in some newspaper published in such county of less than one hundred thousand inhabitants, where such cemetery is located, at least once in each week for three successive weeks previous to such meeting; if no newspaper is published in the county where such cemetery is located, then such notice shall be published in the newspaper nearest to such cemetery.
