§ 18d-158.

(This Section may contain text from a Public Act with a delayed effective date) Sec. 18d-158. Failure to satisfy fines or penalties; referral to Secretary of State. (a) In addition to any other remedies provided by law, the Commission may report any person with unpaid fees, fines, or penalties issued by the Commission to the Secretary of State for suspension of the person's tow truck registrations. (b) Prior to referral under this Section, the Commission shall issue a final demand for payment which shall clearly state that failure to pay the outstanding fines or penalties by the date provided in the demand will result in a referral to the Secretary of State for the suspension of that person's tow truck registrations in accordance with Section 3-704.4.
