§ 18.1.

Fee waivers. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, during State Fiscal Year 2023, the Department shall allow individuals a one-time waiver of fees imposed under Section 18 of this Act. No individual may benefit from such a waiver more than once. If an individual has already paid a fee required under Section 18 for Fiscal Year 2023, then the Department shall apply the money paid for that fee as a credit to the next required fee.
