§ 15-5-5.

Eminent domain powers in ILCS Chapters 5 through 40. The following provisions of law may include express grants of the power to acquire property by condemnation or eminent domain: (5 ILCS 220/3.1); Intergovernmental Cooperation Act; cooperating entities; for Municipal Joint Action Water Agency purposes.
