§ 15-1201.
Judicial action to enforce liability. (a) If a determination under Section 15-1011 becomes final and is not subject to administrative or judicial review, the administrator may commence an action in the Circuit Court of Sangamon County or Cook County, federal court, or in an appropriate court of another state to enforce the determination and secure payment or delivery of past due, unpaid, or undelivered property. The action must be brought not later than 5 years after the determination becomes final. (b) In an action under subsection (a), if no court in this State has jurisdiction over the defendant, the administrator may commence an action in any court having jurisdiction over the defendant.
