§ 130.
Immunity. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any person who provides or fails to provide information relevant to the procedures set forth in this Law shall not be liable in any civil or criminal action. This immunity extends to the secondary release of any of this information legally obtained in conjunction with procedures set forth in this Law.
