§ 12-148.
Credits of employer contributions. Refunds of accumulation from contributions of the employer for service annuity and widow's service annuity, and also for prior service annuity and widow's prior service annuity after contributions for such purposes are completed shall be made to the employer in the form of a credit to reduce the contributions otherwise required in subsequent years.
