§ 10.

Persons who were employed on the effective date as Park Policemen and whose employment is transferred to the city by the Act, shall, until January 1, 1960, remain members of the park police annuity fund. From and after January 1, 1960, such persons, as provided by the city policemen's annuity act, shall become members of the city policemen's annuity fund. (Source: Laws 1959, p. 780.)
