§ 10.
Powers of the Department of Natural Resources. After the real estate and structures described in Section 5 have been acquired, the Department of Natural Resources may reconstruct, repair, restore, rehabilitate, demolish, lease subject to the Illinois Procurement Code, sell, transfer or convey, exchange, develop or otherwise utilize these lands with their appurtenances acquired under this Act in the best interest of the State of Illinois.
