§ 16-108.19.

Division of Integrated Distribution Planning. (a) The Commission shall establish the Division of Integrated Distribution Planning within the Bureau of Public Utilities. The Division shall be staffed by no less than 13 professionals, including engineers, rate analysts, accountants, policy analysts, utility research and analysis analysts, cybersecurity analysts, informational technology specialists, and lawyers to review and evaluate Integrated Grid Plans, updates to Integrated Grid Plans, audits, and other duties as assigned by the Chief of the Public Utilities Bureau.
