§ 74-110.

Exemption from disclosure - Records of court proceedings regarding judicial authorization of abortion procedures for minors. In accordance with section 18-609A , Idaho Code, the following records are exempt from public disclosure: all records contained in court files of judicial proceedings arising under section 18-609A , Idaho Code, are exempt from disclosure.
