§ 73-108A.
Children’s day. April 30 shall be designated as Children’s Day/El Dia de los Ninos commemorative day in recognition of the importance of children to families and to communities. It is a day to celebrate the value of children and to focus on the importance of creating a future for children full of hope, health and success. Communities are encouraged to participate with special events and with children as the center of activity.
