§ 67-5912.
Persons immune from civil personal liability for acts performed in connection with carrying out provisions of this act. The members of the commission, the attorney general and any personnel they employ or state employees they utilize shall be immune from civil personal liability for any act performed or omitted in the course of carrying out the provisions of this act.
