§ 55-2009E.

inspection prior to sale. No lien sale conducted pursuant to this chapter shall be undertaken unless the landlord has permitted access for public inspection of the exterior of the abandoned home for at least one (1) hour prior to the sale. Sealed bids shall not be accepted. The possessory lienholder shall conduct the sale in a commercially reasonable manner.
