§ 54-4313. MISREPRESENTATION - CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT
Any person who falsely holds himself out as a respiratory care practitioner shall be guilty of using a method, act, or practice that is declared to be unlawful as provided in chapter 6, title 48 , Idaho Code.
