§ 54-1141.
Survivor’s services. The provisions of sections 54-1140 and 54-1142 , Idaho Code, shall not prevent the deceased person’s survivors from, at their own expense, pursuing alternate meaningful services and making arrangements for funeral services that do not conflict with the deceased’s instructions for disposition.
