§ 39-1308.

injunction to prevent operation without license. Notwithstanding the existence or pursuit of any other remedy, the department may maintain an action in the name of the state for injunction or other process or remedy allowable by law against any person, entity, or governmental unit to restrain or prevent the establishment, conduct, management, or operation of a hospital, nursing facility, or intermediate care facility without a license pursuant to sections 39-1301 through 39-1309 , Idaho Code.
