§ 22-3814. Penalty
Every person who shall violate or aid in the violation of any of the provisions of this act or any of the rules or orders of the commission adopted pursuant to the authority conferred by this act, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment, not exceeding ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment and all fines collected for violation of this act shall be deposited as provided in section 22-3811 , Idaho Code.
