applicability. Sections 7-1059 through 7-1071 , Idaho Code, apply only to a support proceeding under the convention. In such a proceeding, if a provision of sections 7-1059 through 7-1071 , Idaho Code, is inconsistent with sections 7-1001 through 7-1058 , Idaho Code, sections 7-1059 through 7-1071 , Idaho Code, control.
