§ 67-828.

OFFICE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES MAY charge and RECEIVE PAYMENT FOR certain SERVICES TO units of state government - APPROPRIATION. The office of information technology services is authorized to charge and receive payment for actual and necessary expenses incurred in providing services to any unit of state government under the provisions of this section. Any money received for services provided under the provisions of this section is hereby continually appropriated to the unit providing the services as compensation for such actual and necessary expenses.
