§ 49-458.
military vehicles. Notwithstanding any provisions of law to the contrary, a vehicle built for the United States armed forces may be registered and operated on public highways of this state, because such vehicles were manufactured in accordance with department of defense military safety standards. A federal form 97 shall be provided at the time of registration. If no federal form 97 is available, the applicant may apply for a conditional title.
