§ 33-1029.
statutory construction - nonpublic school students. [EFFECTIVE UNTIL JULY 1, 2028] Nothing in sections 33-1030 through 33-1034 , Idaho Code, shall be construed to give the state authority to regulate the education of nonpublic school students.
