§ 92206. Effective Date of Implementation.

The effective date to implementing the provisions of §

92203 of this Chapter on the Department’s administrative

revocation or suspension of driving privileges and licenses or

permits of persons who refuse to submit to or fail to complete a

blood or breath test shall be April 1, 1995.
