§ 92119. Driving While License Suspended or Revoked for
Driving While Impaired.
(a) It is unlawful for a person to drive a motor vehicle on
Guam knowing, or having reason to know, that his or her
driver’s license is suspended or revoked under this Chapter. Any
person convicted of violating this Section shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor.
(b) In any prosecution under this Section, competent
evidence that the defendant’s driver’s license was surrendered to
an officer, or was suspended or revoked under this Chapter by an
order of the court, shall be prima facie evidence of the
defendant’s knowledge of the suspension or revocation.
