§ 91110. Civil or Criminal Liability; Unprofessional Conduct.
(a) A physician or other health care provider is not subject to civil or
criminal liability, or discipline for unprofessional conduct, for giving effect
to a declaration in the absence of knowledge of the revocation of a
declaration.
(b) A physician or other health care provider, whose action under this
chapter is in accord with reasonable medical standards, is not subject to
criminal prosecution, civil liability, discipline for unprofessional conduct,
administrative sanction, or any other sanction if the physician or health care
provider believes in good faith that the action is consistent with this chapter
and the desires of the declarant expressed in the declaration.
