§ 90. Prison May Serve as Overflow Lock-Up.

In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction finds that

a facility used to detain persons charged with a crime is

inadequate, the court may direct the Director to hold such persons

in his custody. Such person shall be detained in an area separate

and apart from those persons who have been convicted of a crime

and are serving sentences of imprisonment.
