§ 90. Director to Establish Prisons.
The Director shall establish and operate correctional
institutions, and other places of confinement, for prisoners serving
sentences of imprisonment imposed by the Courts of Guam and
other authorized prisoners, and other persons placed in the custody
of the Director, pursuant to the laws of Guam.
