§ 90. Chief Judge of Superior Court to be Compact
Administrator: Duties.
COMMENT: Article 3 restates verbatim §§ 8840 through 8842 of
the Government Code, the Interstate Compact on Juveniles, coupled
with its various amendments. The respective Sections of the
Government Code have been repealed by Public Law 13-187 (Sept.
2, 1976).
