§ 87128. Research and Publication Fund.
(a) There is established a fund known as the ‘Research and
Publication Fund,’ which shall be maintained separate and apart from
other funds of the Corporation, the records of which shall be kept and
maintained by the Salappe’ of the Ufisinan Minaneha. The Research and
Publications Fund is under the general cognizance of the Trustees, which
shall manage and use it for the Inaligao, Tinige’ Yan Fina’na’gue’
purposes as provided in this Article;
(b) All income generated by the sales of publications and other
products and money received from sources other than government
appropriation shall be deposited in a revolving account to be used by
Inaligao, Tinige’ Yan Fina’na’gue’ in carrying out its functions;
(c) Except as otherwise provided by law, all non-appropriated
expenditures of the Inaligao, Tinige’ Yan Fina’na’gue’, shall be made
from the Research and Publications Fund.
