§ 87125. Kottura Fund.
There is established a Fund, known as the ‘Kottura Fund,’ which
the Trustees shall maintain separate and apart from other funds of the
Corporation, the records of which shall be kept and maintained by the
Trustees. All monies received by Kottura from sources other than
government appropriation shall be deposited in the Kottura Fund for
Kottura purposes.
