§ 87117. Severability.

In the event that any article, section, subsection, sentence, clause or

phrase of this Chapter shall be declared or adjudged invalid, a nullity or

unconstitutional, such adjudication shall in no manner affect the force

and validity of the other articles, sections, subsections, sentences, clauses

or phrases of this Chapter not so declared or adjudged, and which shall

remain in full force and valid.
