§ 87116. Standing Citation Removed.

A Standing Citation may be withdrawn only on the written approval of

the Administrator or on written order of Safety Review Board. If

violation(s) cited in a Standing Citations are corrected at any time after

issuance, the Division shall be informed and an inspection shall be made by

the same. If the violation has in fact been corrected, the Administrator shall

cause the citation to be withdrawn and notice of same shall be provided to

the Chief Officer of the agency, the Safety Review Board, the Governor and

Speaker of the Guam Legislature. It shall likewise be posted at each

affected work site at a place where it can be easily seen by employees.
