§ 87110. Other Inspections Authorized.

In addition to annual and follow-up inspections, the Division may

(a) inspect any agency for safety violations upon the written request of

any person, organization or group of persons; and

(b) conduct 'spot' or 'no notice' inspections for any safety deficiencies

without prior notice to the affected agency, at the Division's discretion. The

identity of any person, organization or group of persons requesting an

inspection of an agency of the Government of Guam or reporting an unsafe

condition shall be confidential.
