§ 87103. Administrator.
There shall be within the Division an Administrator who shall act as
the Chief Officer and direct the operations of the Division. The
Administrator shall be hired by the Director and shall be in the classified
service as established by the Director of Administration. The Administrator
shall receive a salary equal to that of the Director.
