§ 85. Board's Information Privileged.

All information obtained in the discharge of official duty by any

employee appointed pursuant to this Chapter shall be privileged and shall

not be disclosed directly or indirectly to anyone other than to the Board, or

others entitled under this Code to receive such information, unless and until

otherwise ordered by the Board.
