§ 84116. Prosecution of Illegal Acts.
Where any person is found to be in violation of the provisions
of this Chapter or any regulations adopted pursuant to this
Chapter, the Attorney General or the Administrator may, in
accordance with the laws of Guam, enjoin such person from
continuing in violation of the provisions of this Chapter.
However, such injunction shall not relieve any such person from
criminal prosecution thereof as provided for in this Chapter, but
such remedy shall be in addition to any remedy provided for the
criminal prosecution of such offense.
