§ 8114. Volunteer Deputy Marshal Reserve Program.

There is hereby established within the government of Guam, under the auspices of the Superior Court

of Guam, a Volunteer Deputy Marshal Reserve Program. Volunteers shall not be considered full-time

employees of the government of Guam, and shall not be entitled to receive employee benefits or government

of Guam retirement. Volunteers shall be paid on a stipend basis. The Judicial Council of the Superior Court

of Guam shall establish rules and regulations for the implementation of the Program, which rules and

regulations shall be effective upon promulgation by the Council.
