§ 8110. Chief Financial Officer.

The Board shall appoint a chief financial officer who shall serve at its pleasure. The chief financial

officer shall be a Certified Public Accountant and should have Federal Energy Regulatory Commission

(FERC) knowledge and experience. The Board shall fix the chief financial officer’s compensation. The

chief financial officer shall have full charge and control of the fiscal, business and accounting operations

of the Authority, subject to the supervision of the Board.
