§ 80107. Library Board Tenure.

Except for the student member, the members of the Board

shall serve for a term of three (3) years, commencing with the date

of appointment, and until their successors are appointed and

qualified; provided, that of the members first appointed, two (2)

shall serve for two (2) years and two (2) shall serve for one (1)

year, as designated by I Maga’lahi. The term of the student

member shall be for one (1) year.
