§ 80. 1. Felony Committed on Release.

(a) Whoever commits a felony punishable under the laws of Guam while on release on a felony charge

pursuant to Chapter 40 (Criminal Procedure) of Title 8, Guam Code Annotated, shall, in addition to the

sentence imposed for the crime committed while on release, be imprisoned for a term of not less than five

(5) years nor more than twenty-five (25) years.

(1) A sentence imposed under subsection (a) of this section shall include a special parole term of

not less than three (3) years nor more than five (5) years in addition to the term of imprisonment.

(2) No person convicted and sentenced under this section shall be eligible for parole or probation

until he serves at least five (5) years in prison.

(c) The term required to be imposed under this section shall run consecutive to any term of

imprisonment imposed for the commission of any other felony.
