§ 77209. Beautification and Maintenance Volunteer Reserve.

(a) Creation. There is hereby created within the Department

of Parks and Recreation the Beautification and Maintenance

Volunteer Reserve, which shall be headed by the Director. The

Director, subject to the advice and control of the Commission,

shall be responsible for carrying out the purpose of this Section

and shall have such duties as authorized by rules and regulations,

or as may be prescribed by the Commission.

(b) Rules and Regulations. The Director shall have the

authority to amend and create rules and regulations to implement

and maintain the Beautification and Maintenance Volunteer

Reserve in accordance with the Administrative Adjudication Law.
